Our Prices:

Usually we can clean-out and remove unwanted items at no charge. In some circumstances we will charge a small fee if items being removed are not likely to be profitable. Additionally, if you have items that are of more significant value, (expensive furniture, antiques, etc.), we can typically work out a commission deal. 

Our services are based on the following Tier System:

 Tier 1: Free Removal & Hauling  

 There are multiple items that hold the ability to bring a profit when re-sold. This would include, but is not limited to furniture, antiques, tools, recreational items and collectibles. 

Tier 2: Twenty-five cents per square foot

The majority of the items holdlimited profit margins when re-sold. This would include, but is not limited to small household appliances, dishes, and various knick-knacks.

Tier 3: Fifty cents per square foot

The majority of the items hold no ability to make a profit. This would include, but is not limited to clothes, books, misc. household goods & unsold garage sale items.

Commission:

You have a number of nicer more expensive items that you would like to recoup some money on when sold. We will take them and sell them, and then split the profit with you 50 - 50. (This is only for items that upon re-sell are worth a minimum of $25)

Services we offer:

  • Removal of items that you no longer want or need.  You've been spring cleaning, you have replaced things with newer models, or you simply want it to go because its not being used.
  • Emptying of garages, attics, storage units & basements.  You've decided that this stuff has been taking up valuable space for too long, and it just all needs to go.
  • Complete estate clean-out and removal.                                 Maybe a relative has passed away, or is having to move into assisted living. Perhaps you are downsizing and just have far too much "stuff" to take with you. We are a one-stop shop to help you with all of this.
